Chef of the Future Brand Seasonings
Inspired by culinary genius Graham Kerr, the Galloping Gourmet, Robert Simon took an avid interest in cooking.
A few years later in college he was co-organizing regular cooking feasts and disappointed with the seasoning blends on the market, he took matters into his own hands.
He wanted to create healthy, home cooked meals which meant blending his own seasonings. In 2009, Chef of the Future was born.

About our rubs and seasonings:
All COF rubs are low in sodium and made with all natural ingredients. Each blend is formulated to be versatile and are created to be used on nearly every product, such as: Pork, chicken, seafood, vegetables, rice dishes, soups, stews, appetizers, snacks, the list is endless. Our seasonings are meant to enhance base flavors, not cover them.

In 2014 Robert Simon was a finalist on Spike TV?s Frankenfood, a network television competition cooking show. He rose above 400 other would-be contestants who were home cooks and food industry professionals. His premier was episode ?A Taste of the Turnpike? and can still be viewed on Spike TV?s website.
